OMAHA (September 29, 2015) – Gary Rifkin, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha office arranged the $12.2 million refinance of Spaces Apartments, a 154-unit multifamily property located at 501 Park Avenue in Omaha, Nebraska. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life insurance company. “Spaces Apartments was an immediate success developed in this midtown location and leased very quickly,” said Rifkin. “The developers have an outstanding understanding of their predominant clientele and added many features in this property that catered to that resident.”
