NorthMarq arranges $12,220,000 refinance of Signature Place Apartments in Greenville, North Carolina

ORLANDO, FLORIDA (July 17, 2020) – NorthMarq's Orland and Tampa offices completed the $12.22 million refinance of Signature Place Apartments. The 171-unit multifamily property is located in Greenville, North Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 2-years of interest only followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged the floating rate loan for the borrower through its status as a Freddie Mac OPTIGO lender.
