PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital's Phoenix regional office arranged acquisition financing of $2 million for San Simeon Condominiums, a 70-unit, market-rate multifamily property located at 6091-6141 East golf Links Road in Tucson, Arizona. Financing was based on 10-year term and a 30-year amortization period. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, San Simeon East Golf Links, LLC, through its relationship with a life company lender.
