DENVER (August 5, 2015) – NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranged permanent financing of $3.3 million for Saddle Rock Self-Storage located at 6950 S. Gartrell Road in Aurora, Colorado. Constructed in 2012, the facility consists of 400 self-storage units contained in 10 buildings. Dale Stewart, vice president and Mark Lindgren, investment analyst arranged the financing for the borrower through NorthMarq’s correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
