PHOENIX – James DuMars, managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office arranged the $2.85 million refinance of Plaza, a 54,412 sq. ft. retail property located at 3002-3080 North Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Arizona. The loan was structured with a 10-year interest-only term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
