DENVER (March 28, 2014) – John M. Stewart, senior vice president and Ilan Ressner, senior investment analyst of NorthMarq Capital’s Denver based regional office arranged $12,110,000 refinancing for Regency North Whole Foods Center, located at 7201-7431 West 91st Street in Overland Park, Kansas. Financing was based on a 3-year term and 25-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower through NorthMarq’s relationship with a regional bank. Constructed in 2001 and 2004, the property consists of four buildings totaling 74,085 sq.ft. and is anchored by a 40,492 sq.ft. Whole Foods store. Other tenants include Cinzetti’s and Metcalf Liquors.
