NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranges $5,291,000 supplemental financing for the Ranch at Bear Creek in Lakewood, Colorado

DENVER (September 2, 2016) – Greg Benjamin, senior vice president and Mark Lindgren, investment analyst of NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office, arranged a supplemental mortgage of $5,291,000 for The Ranch at Bear Creek located at 3324 South Field Street in Lakewood, Colorado. The supplemental mortgage, arranged for the borrower, Aukum Management, LLC, was through Freddie Mac and was structured with a 6-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. Constructed in 1973, The Ranch at Bear Creek consists of 201, one, two and three bedroom units contained in 26, two-story buildings. The community features a clubhouse, business center, two outdoor pools, playground and a newly built separate fitness facility. Units feature a patio, fireplace, washer/dryer and air conditioning.
