NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix office negotiates $775,000 refinance of Pollack Professional Plaza in Chandler, Arizona

PHOENIX – James DuMars, managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office arranged the $775,000 refinance of Pollack Professional Plaza, a 13,100 sq. ft. office property located at 290 South Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona. The fixed-rate loan (with no prepayment penalty) was structured with a 7-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank.
