DENVER (April 1, 2016) – NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranged a $25 million refinancing for Plaza Towers Apartments located at 6700 Belcrest Rd. in Hyattsville, Maryland. Constructed in 1963, the eleven-story high-rise building contains 289 units (1-3 bedroom floor plans). The building features key-controlled entrance lobby, office with conference room, fitness and laundry rooms, as well as access to adjacent pool and tennis courts. Doug Westfall, senior vice president and Jonathan Hiller, senior investment analyst; arranged the refinancing for the borrower through NorthMarq Capital’s Finance DUS program.
