PHOENIX – James DuMars, managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office arranged the $3.6 million refinance of Peter Piper Plaza, a 76,704 sq. ft. retail property located at 1801-1813 East Baseline Road in Tempe, Arizona. The loan was structured with a 10-year term with 7-years interest only, followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
