DENVER (August 20, 2013) - NorthMarq’s Denver regional office arranged a refinancing of $1,300,000 for Parker Park shopping center located at 2610 & 2642 South Parker Road in Aurora, Colorado. Recently improved in 2010, the property totals 14,613 sq. ft. and is comprised of a single tenant building (5,327 sq. ft.), as well as a strip center building (9,286 sq. ft.). John M. Stewart, senior vice president; and Ilan Riessner, investment analyst; arranged the refinancing for the borrower.
