CINCINNATI (March 4, 2016) – Susan Branscome, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office arranged the $7.1 million refinance of Olympic Corporate Center I, an 88,119 sq. ft. office property located at 3940 Olympic Boulevard in Erlanger, Kentucky. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
