NorthMarq Capital arranged $4.67 million mortgage for a three apartment property portfolio in North Carolina

CHARLOTTE (May 15, 2013) – Kevin Jenkins, vice president of NorthMarq’s Charlotte regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $4.67 million for a three apartment property portfolio. Apple Creek Apartments and Oak Manor Apartments are located in Winston-Salem and Spring Valley Apartments is located in Gastonia. Combined these properties contain a total of 209 market-rate multifamily units. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
