MILWAUKEE (April 14, 2014) – David Woida, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Milwaukee based regional office arranged the $2.73 million refinance of Nakoma Towers, a 76-unit market rate housing property located at 4517 Hammersley Road, Madison, Wisconsin. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. Financing for the borrower was arranged by NorthMarq through its AmeriSphere Fannie Mae DUS platform.
