NorthMarq Capital’s San Francisco office completes $19 million refinance of Mountain Vista Apartments in Victorville, California
SAN FRANCISCO (October 25, 2016) –Jeffrey Weidell, president, Nathan Prouty, managing director and Andrew Slaton, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s San Francisco office, arranged the $19 million refinance of Mountain Vista Apartments, a 400-unit multifamily property located at 15450 Nisqauli Road in Victorville, California. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 5-years of interest only, followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower, E&S Ring Management Company, through Fannie Mae. “NorthMarq tailored a winning deal for this best-in-market asset with a best-in-class owner/operator behind it,” said Prouty.
