LOUISVILLE (November 17, 2017) – Randall Waddell, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Louisville regional office, arranged the $4 million refinance of a 22,879 sq. ft. mixed-use property located at 4400 Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. NorthMarq arranged financing for the undisclosed borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
