NorthMarq Capital completes $13.6 million refinance of Marshalls Plaza in Los Angeles, California

LOS ANGELES (April 15, 2016) – Ory Schwartz, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Los Angeles regional office arranged the $13.6 million refinance of Marshalls Plaza, a 151,286 sq. ft. retail property located at 707-815 West 2nd Street. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender. Marshalls, DD’s Discounts and Dollar Tree represent the property’s major tenants.
