NorthMarq Capital’s Baltimore office arranges permanent financing of Maple Lawn IV office building in Fulton, Maryland

BALTIMORE (August 12, 2016) – Nancy Ferrell, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Baltimore-based regional office secured permanent financing of Maple Lawn IV, a 131,000 sq. ft. office building located at 8135 Maple Lawn Boulevard in Fulton, Maryland. The transaction, which featured a construction loan takeout, was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. “The project had reached completion and the construction lender was taken out by our correspondent life company,” noted Ferrell. “The Maple Lawn mixed-use community is advantageously positioned between Baltimore and Washington DC and provides an attractive live-work-play environment.”
