PHOENIX, ARIZONA (NOVEMBER 30, 2020) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq’s Omaha office negotiated the $3.5 million refinance of Linden Storage. The 605-unit self-storage property is located at 1400 North 14th Street in Indianola, Indiana. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term on a 20-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with correspondent life company lender.
