OMAHA (February 4, 2013) – John Bendon, senior vice president and managing director, of NorthMarq’s Omaha Regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $12.675 million for LaCrosse Apartments, a 176-unit market-rate class "A" multifamily properties located at 7201 E. 37th Street in Wichita, Kansas. The property is located in an extremely good market. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its affiliate AmeriSphere Multifamily Finance, LLC, a Fannie Mae DUS lender. “AmeriSphere was able to process and close the loan within the borrower’s very short timeframe,” Bendon said.
