NorthMarq’s Louisville office completes $4.25 million refinance of industrial portfolio in New Albany, Indiana

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY (July 24, 2019) – Randy Waddell, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Louisville-based regional office, arranged the $4.25 million refinance of Space Plex Portfolio, a collection of three industrial properties located at 501 East Park  Blvd, 525 Park East Blvd, and 645 Park East Blvd, New Albany, Indiana. The portfolio contains a combined 199,546 sq. ft. The transaction was structured with a 3-year interest-only term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a local bank.

“This is subordinate debt to the existing debt on the properties,” said Waddell.
