CHARLOTTE (August 21, 2014) – Kevin Jenkins, vice president/producer of NorthMarq Capital’s Charlotte based office secured $11.75 million in acquisition financing for Highland Business Park, a 169,240 sq.ft. property located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through a conduit CMBS lender.
