PHOENIX – NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix regional office arranged acquisition financing of $15 million for The Hawthorne, a 182-unit multifamily property located at 3848 North 3rd Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a 3.5-year term followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
