NorthMarq Capital arranges $6.3 million refinance of Hatteras Island Plaza in Avon, North Carolina

RALEIGH (October 29, 2014) – Todd Crouse, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Raleigh regional office arranged the $6.3 million refinance of Hatteras Island Plaza, a 76,097 sq.ft. Food Lion-anchored shopping center located in Avon, North Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a CMBS lender.
