DENVER (May 28, 2015) – NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office arranged construction financing of $5.6 million for the proposed Hampton Inn & Suites to be located on the west side of Highway 93 South in Whitefish, Montana. The improvements will consist of 53,445 sq.ft. between three floors and will contain 76 guest rooms, breakfast and lobby/registration areas, pool, exercise room, meeting room and virtual golf center. Dale Stewart, vice president and Mark Lindgren, investment analyst arranged the financing for the borrower.
