Northmarq arranges $160M equity deal for 12-property multifamily portfolio

LOS ANGELES — Northmarq’s Institutional Equity Advisors team of Sean Swift and Josh Galen secured approximately $160 million in equity for a 12-property multifamily portfolio across New Mexico and Oregon — totaling 2,611 units.

Northmarq arranged financing on behalf of Guardian Real Estate.
