PHOENIX – James DuMars, managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office arranged the $2,437,499 refinance of Greenfield Plaza, a 100,339 sq. ft. retail property located at 4410-4446 East University Drive in Mesa, Arizona. The loan was structured with a 7-year interest-only term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank. Goodwill Industries represent the property’s major tenant.
