NorthMarq arranges sale of Golden Heights Terrace in San Diego, California

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (October 27, 2020) –Erik Anderson and Kyle Pinkalla of NorthMarq’s San Diego – Investment Sales team, arranged the $6.525 million sale of Golden Heights Terrace. The 27-unit multifamily property is located at 525-565 28th Street in San Diego, California within the Grant Hill/Logan Heights submarket. 

“The buyer was attracted to Golden Heights Terrace as it is a well maintained and stabilized asset within a mile of Downtown's East Village,” said Anderson. “Additionally, as one of six market-rate buildings within the submarket over 25 units, the buyer saw value in being able to purchase a complex with scale in a submarket with strong rental demographics that is in the path of progress."

The property was purchased from Golden Heights Partner Group, LLC, the buyer is undisclosed.
