NorthMarq Capital’s Seattle office arranged $10 million refinance of Garden Court Retirement Community in Everett, Washington

SEATTLE (August 1, 2015) – Stuart Oswald, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Seattle based regional office arranged the $10 million refinance of Garden Court Retirement Community, a 148 unit senior housing property located at 520 112th Avenue West in Everett, Washington. The transaction was structured with a fully amortized 15-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a life insurance company.
