SEATTLE (August 1, 2015) – Stuart Oswald, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Seattle based regional office arranged the $10 million refinance of Garden Court Retirement Community, a 148 unit senior housing property located at 520 112th Avenue West in Everett, Washington. The transaction was structured with a fully amortized 15-year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a life insurance company. “This AL/IL community is a well-run owner operated facility in Everett which has maintained a great reputation since opening in 2004” said Oswald. “We also arranged financing for this property 10 years ago and are pleased to have had another opportunity to work with this client.”
