KANSAS CITY, KANSAS (March 28, 2022) – John Duvall, vice president of Northmarq’s Kansas City office, arranged a $17.2 million refinance for The Frontier West Lawrence Apartments. The 192-unit multifamily property is located at 546 Frontier Road, Lawrence, Kansas. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 2-years interest only followed by a 30-year amortization scheduled. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through its status as a Freddie Mac lender.

The property is conveniently located close to shopping, University of Kansas and near Kansas Turnpike.

Community amenities include salt water swimming pool and a 24-hour fitness center. Apartment amenities include private balconies, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, in-unit washer and dryer, energy effitefficient appliances, and walk-in closets.
