NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati office arranges $4 million refinance of Four Seasons Apartments in Erlanger, Kentucky

CINCINNATI (August 16, 2016) – Susan Branscome, managing director and Noah Juran, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office arranged the $4 million refinance of Four Seasons Apartments, a 174-unit multifamily property located at 3422 Cintonya Drive in Erlanger, Kentucky. The loan was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
