OMAHA, NEBRASKA (November 4, 2019) – Jason Kinnison of NorthMarq’s Omaha regional office finalized the refinance of The Fountains Independent Living, located at 3728 Thunder Ridge Road in Bettendorf, Iowa. The loan was structured with an immediate funding of $8,500,000 and a construction component in the amount of $4,000,000, which will be used to complete an addition to the property.
