Northmarq’s Atlanta Debt + Equity team led by Randy Wolfe and Josh Darby successfully secured the $7.95 million refinancing of The Fountain, a retail center located at 1001 Memorial Parkway NW in Huntsville, Alabama.
Northmarq arranged permanent-fixed rate financing, through an insurance company correspondent, on behalf of the borrower, an entity affiliate of RCP Companies. The loan was structured to allow flexible prepayment throughout the term.
