Denver (August 12, 2013) - NorthMarq’s Denver regional office arranged acquisition financing of $3,425,000 for Falcon Storage located at 7630 Bent Grass Meadow Drive in Falcon, Colorado. This self-storage facility, constructed in 2006-2007, consists of 558 units in 8 buildings. There is also outdoor storage for RV’s, boats and vehicles. Dale Stewart, vice president; along with Dan Zale, investment analyst; arranged the financing for the borrower, an experienced real estate developer based in Colorado.
