NorthMarq Capital arranged $7.6 million mortgage for Exchange East in Chapel Hill, North Carolina

RALEIGH (June 26, 2013) – Todd Crouse, senior vice president and senior director of NorthMarq’s Raleigh regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $7.6 million for Exchange East, a 56,718± sq. ft. multi-tenant suburban office building located at 1450 Raleigh Road in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Franklin Street Partners, Inc. and Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, P.A. are major tenants at the site. Financing was based on a 10-year term and a 30-year amortization schedule. The loan was arranged for the borrower by NorthMarq through its relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
