MILLIKEN, Colo. (Dec. 30, 2024) — Northmarq’s Los Angeles Manufactured Housing Investment Sales team of Jeff Benson, managing director, and Sam Neumark, senior vice president, successfully brokered the $4.3 million off-market sale of Evergreen Mobile Estates in Milliken, Colorado. The manufactured housing community (MHC) features 39 spaces and sits on 6.3 acres in Weld County.

Northmarq represented the seller, Harmony Communities LLC, a California-based MHC investor.

Located at 103 N Josephine Ave. in Milliken, Evergreen Mobile Estates offers residents convenient proximity to Colorado's largest markets: Boulder and Denver. The property boasts easy access to Interstate 25 and a 20-mile drive to Fort Collins and the Colorado State University campus. The nearby Big Thompson River provides opportunities for fishing and kayaking, while the nearby Rocky Mountains offer more opportunities for outdoor exploration.
