PHOENIX – James DuMars, managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix based regional office arranged financing on a luxury apartment community, consisting of 376-units and located in Henderson, N.V. The transaction was structured with 10-year term with a 10-year interest only period. NorthMarq arranged the $29 million loan for the borrower through its relationship with a correspondent life company.
