SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (December 11, 2019) – John Bradshaw, senior vice president/managing director and Nate Barnson, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Salt Lake City-based regional office collaborated to finalize the $24 million refinance of an office building housing The Department of the Interior in Billings, Montana. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. The property contains 119,110 sq. ft.
