MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (April 15, 2022) – Northmarq’s Minneapolis office, arranged a $3 million refinance for Crosby Cardiovascular Center. The 21,280 sq. ft. medical office property is located in Baxter, Minnesota. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term followed by a 20-year amortization schedule. Northmarq secured the permanent-fixed loan for the borrower through the company’s relationship with a commercial bank.
