NorthMarq Capital arranges acquisition financing of $1.9 million for Creekwood Apartments in Kettering, Ohio

CINCINNATI (June 22, 2018) – Noah Juran, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $1,900,000 for a 78-unit multifamily property located at 4500-4600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio. The transaction was structured with a 7-year term (with 2-years interest only) on a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
