NorthMarq Capital arranges $6.1 million financing for Creekside Apartments in Hickory, North Carolina

RALEIGH (June 2, 2014) – Brett Mason, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Raleigh regional office, arranged financing for Creekside Apartments, a 118-unit multifamily property located in Hickory, North Carolina. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. Financing for the borrower was arranged by NorthMarq through its Fannie Mae DUS platform.
