(April 22, 2015) – Gary McGlynn, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Washington, D.C. based regional office arranged permanent financing of $15.5 million for Constant Friendship Shopping Center, a 176,724 sq.ft. retail property located at 3422-3488 Emmorton Road in Abingdon, Maryland. The transaction was structured with long-term financing. The property’s tenants include: DSW, Home Goods, Gabriel Brothers, GNC, Dollar Tree and Hair Cuttery. Constant Friendship is a 100 percent leased retail center strategically located off MD-24, a major thoroughfare running north-south through Harford County, proximate to major commercial arteries such as I-95, US-40 and US-1.
