ATLANTA, GEORGIA (March 31, 2020) – The Commons Sun Park is now owned by Triangle Real Estate of Gastonia thanks to an $8,500,000 loan secured by Bill Matone, managing director of NorthMarq’s Charlotte office and Randy Wolfe, managing director of NorthMarq’s Atlanta office. The property is a 120-unit property with garden-style apartments located at 1283 Hogansville Rd in LaGrange, Georgia, a classic southern town near the border of Georgia and Alabama. The loan structure for this property includes a 20-year loan term with a 20-year amortization table.
