PHOENIX – Griffin Martin, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix based regional office, arranged the $1.895 million refinance of a 62-room Comfort Inn located at 630 South Village Loop in Benson, Arizona. The transaction was structured with a competitive rate for a 10 year term. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with a credit union. “This property is a 2016 Choice Platinum Award winning property, a designation for the top 3% of hotels within the choice brand,” noted Martin.
