Northmarq brokers sale of garden-style apartments in Rohnert Park, CA for $7.1 million

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (Aug. 13, 2024) — Northmarq’s Walnut Creek Multifamily Investment Sales team of Zach LeBeouf and Anthony Pappageorge successfully brokered the $7,075,000 sale of a 22-unit multifamily community in Rohnert Park, California. The property was built in 1976 and is located at 6500 Country Club Boulevard.
Northmarq represented the seller, Ridge Capital Investors. The buyer was a private client based in Healdsburg.
“This sale is the only multifamily property in 2024 located within Sonoma, Napa, and Solano Counties that is pre-1980’s vintage and 16+ units to achieve $300k+/units,” said LeBeouf.
