Northmarq brokers $8.3M sale of 60-unit garden-style community in Fresno, CA
FRESNO, Calif. — Northmarq’s Fresno-based Investment Sales team — led by Robin Kane and Brendan Kane — completed the $8.3 million sale of Casa Blanca Apartments, a multifamily garden apartment community located at 3025-3049 E. Gettysburg Ave. in Fresno, California.
Northmarq represented the seller, Casa Blanca Apt LLC. The buyer was Kamap Property Management.
"The offering attracted multiple offers from a broad array of family offices and high-net-worth investors,” said Robin Kane. “What interested investors was a combination of a good location and substantial updating that had taken place.”
