CHULA VISTA, Calif. — Northmarq’s San Diego office completed the $73.75 million sale of Canyon Villa, a 183-unit garden-style apartment community located at 601 Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista, California.

Northmarq represented both parties in the transaction.

Canyon Villa features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes just minutes away from National City and downtown Chula Vista. The multifamily property offers easy access to Interstate 805 and Highway 205.
