OMAHA, NEBRASKA (January 15, 2020) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq’s Omaha-based regional office, secured the $29,775,000 refinance of Broadmoor at Jordan Creek – Phase I. The 310-unit multifamily property is located at 6565 Wistful Vista Drive in West Des Moines, Iowa. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its relationship with Freddie Mac.
