OMAHA (February 8, 2016) – Jason Kinnison, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Omaha based regional office secured the $27 million refinance of Broadmoor at Jordan Creek II, a 250-unit multifamily property located at 6500 EP True Parkway in West Des Moines, Iowa. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its seller-servicer relationship with Freddie Mac.
