TAMPA (September 26, 2016) – Larry Curry, senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Tampa-based regional office negotiated the $35 million refinance of The Boulevard Apartments, a 260-unit multifamily property located at 2098 Seminole Boulevard in Largo, Florida. The transaction was structured with a 10-year term with 4-years interest only, followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company. “Our correspondent life insurance company committed to a fixed-rate permanent loan during lease-up of a class “A” apartment community.”
